Ayraz Store does not store your complete payment details. All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateways.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We are committed to ensuring timely and safe delivery of your orders.

  • Processing Time: 2 to 4 business days after order confirmation.

  • Delivery Time: 18 to 20 business days depending on your location.

  • Shipping Charges: Rs. 350 – Rs. 600 (based on weight and area).

  • Free Shipping: Orders above Rs. 10,000 qualify for free shipping.

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send your tracking details via WhatsApp or email.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, weather conditions, or courier issues.

Ayraz Store is not responsible for delays caused by shipping partners but will always assist in tracking and resolving delivery issues.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Certain items, such as accessories, jewelry, and intimate apparel, may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

Refunds (if applicable) will be issued through the original payment method once the returned item is inspected and approved.
